Pest Control Pricing Guide – Residential 

Every pest control is different the battle between humans V pests has been raging for 000’s of years and as our industry evolves with new prevention and control measures so does the animal kingdom. 

The price of our pest control services can vary. There are several factors that are taken into consideration in pricing a pest problem.

The size of your property – How many rooms are affected or require treating

Not all controls can be completed in a designated time span some pests may require more than one visit, such as Cockroaches Bed Bugs and Rodent control 

We offer a 3-month guarantee on our treatment at your property and additional treatments are made if any signs of infestation occur. 

Included in our pricing is the cost for basic proofing – Increasing the chance of stopping the pest returning to the property.  A common mistake is not to not proof the property after the treatment. This makes the whole extermination pointless, and the same pests return to the building a few days after the treatment. 

If advanced proofing is required, this will be priced as a separate cost.

Insects (Fleas, Ants. Flies etc) £199

Squirrels * £209

Wasps* £55 (per nest) For multiple nests please contact us for a quotation. Wasp nest removal if possible is charged separately. 

Prices are based on 1 bedroom property and include one major treatment and 2 follow up visits over 30 days.
